=3.14 X 7.25 X 5200
=118378inches per minute
=9864.8feet per minute

The answer is 164.56 ft/sec. This is the speed of all the teeth not necessarily the one approaching the wood.

ω = 5200 revs/min
r = 7.25 inches (assume as not specifically told)
v = 5200 x 7.25 inches / min
