I think most people who are bitchy are narcissistic and self-centered.

Often times they have very low self esteem,and it makes them feel good to be rude to people.

I know of bitchy ppl who pretend to be nice and ***** behind their backs. That working for them is like being stab in front and behind.

This really depends, and sometimes some people are just in a bad mood. Some people aren't nice people in general. There's a lot to explain here.
