"Eliane Elias Plays Jobim" features bossa nova with a jazz flair. She is a Brazilian pianist/vocalist and she plays and composes both jazz and bossa nova. I'm a pianist and she is one of my favorites.
"Equinox" by Sergio Mendes has a lot of good bossa nova piano on it and the piano is easier to hear than on some of his other recordings.
Also "Sergio Mendes and Brasil '66 Greatest Hits" is a good collection of some of his best and features him on piano.
"Wave" by Antonio Carlos Jobim is a classic bossa nova album in which the piano plays both rhythm and solo.
Bossa Nova is what I reach for when I need a major "chill-out".

The greatest of all, Antonio Carlos Jobim, is a Brazilian pianist who amazed the American jazz greats when he first came to America! He is better-known as a composer, but he was a great pianist and his legacy lives on with his family of musicians!
Other Brazilian pianists, who play all styles but exceed at bossa nova, include Milton Nascimento, Deodato and Sergio Mendes.
American pianists who do well with bossa nova include, Chic Corea, Herbie Hancock, Bob James and (better believe it!) Dave Brubeck.
