Cutting out the 15 most popular girl names of 2006 makes these names unusable:
Emily, Emma, Madison, Isabella, Ava, Abigail, Olivia, Hannah, Sophia, Samantha, Elizabeth, Ashley, Mia, Alexis, and Sarah.
So here are my suggestions:
Charity Anne (giving, kindness; grace)
Naomi Charisse (beautiful, gentle; grace, beauty, kindness)
Ruth Adelle (friendship; noble, kind)
Mary Janelle (blessed, child we have wished for; God is gracious)
Ada Danielle (noble, happy; God is my judge)
Jennifer Eden (fair phantom or white wave; paradise)
Good luck to you and God bless!

My daughter's name is Victoria Elizabeth Christina (my kids all have 3 given names). I have always considered those names to be to be classic, but also they have the extra boone of a cool nickname during childhood/teen years (hence she has been Tori and Chrissy and even once she wanted to be called Beth) Also I imagine someday a baliff saying "All rise, the honorable Victoria (incert last name here) presiding.
