2 and 5 work for me......but like today I have tried to keep busy......didn't work. Tried number 4 but gave up on that. The only thing that can work is talk to the person or people that upset you...its the only way to figure it out and lesson the upset.

Well...I think eating is a biggie for everyone. But I prefer something good and not junk-like. Instead I prefer something like what I'm having now...home-made coffee crumb cake.

Walking is a big one for me too. When I get pissy I take off and go for a long one.
