I'm surprised you're even asking a political question in the football section, and not cheering that the Cowboys are 4-0. I'm a liberal, and I've found no reason for liberals to politically care about who is the "class" of the NFL.
As for who is the class of the NFL... as a Dallas fan, I must say that the real argument for that position is between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. Romo is getting closer, but Manning won the Super Bowl last year and has lead the Colts on long runs of victories where the only questionable thing about the Colts was whether or not they'd go 16-0 for the regular season. Tom Brady meanwhile has been the key to multiple Patriot Super Bowl victories and every playoff appearence for the Patriots in the past few years. Brady and Manning have established a legacy that can be remembered ten years after Manning Brady retire.
Romo has been excellent, and I hope he continues to do so. But, he must win a Super Bowl and produce several winning seasons leading to playoff appearances and NFC East championships. Equally important, Brady and Manning must either retire, or admit that Romo is as good as they are before anyone besides Cowboys fans will seriously talk about Romo being THE class of the NFL.

Well, to be totally honest, if Romo has become the "class" of the NFL, it's time I stopped watching football, especially when idealistic idiots start spewing off at the mouth.........and bringing politics into the fray only confirms my beliefs that Texans just can't think for themselves at all.
If being a conservative, means joining the likes of you, and thinking like you, then please someone show me where I can sign up to become a liberal.
You are as much of a buffoon as your buddy in the White House.

tony romo is awesome. The east need to learn you do not need to draft a overrated qb in the first round. The cowboys signed romo as a undrafted free agent.

What the Hell are you talking about? There is nothing better in this country than Football and you are besmirching her good name by trying to add politics (one of the worst) to it? Don’t they normally take ppl out back behind the wood shed for things like that in Texas?

I'm sorry but he's not even in the same league as Peyton Manning is and anyone who thinks otherwise is either stubborn or ignorant.
