It happens to people at different times in their lives. Some people try to do it.
It typically happens when you are working out or having sex.
You are able to get outside of yourself and watch yourself doing what you're doing.
I think it is a sensitive imagination more than anything else.
You don't need OBE to interact with spirits. Interacting with spirits is done all the time without OBE.

On all the shows I have seen either the person stays within the confines of a room and observes what people are doing or they get advised by someone that they know to return, that its not time for them to be there yet.
Whether its real or dream cannot be proven.

You don't interact with anyone elce. I saw myself being worked on by the paramedics. I was floating like 20 feet above the scene. It was very fast, Next thing I knew I woke up hours later in the hospital.
