Could you be more descriptive by what you mean "jumpy" or do you mean excited or exhilarated?
If you mean energetic then a nice can of redbull, and some hardcore skateboarding gets me up off my butt.

BUGS~OMG and when you have seen one, the you have the willies for the rest of the night. Or when someone talks about lice, or fleas, then you are itchy all night and constantly swatting at imaginary bugs that you think are crawling on you!
