Simple:
He went to medical school and college, Studied real hard and passed all required tests , worked and paid all his tuition,books, and learn brain surgery and then entered the medical field legally by getting his license, Got his degree, Got hired and worked with other brain surgeons at a hospital for time until he was allow to work for himself started his medical career; became rich. besides Einstein couldn't do basic arithmetic but he was a genius all the same. A shame we normal people can't do as good as him. Make you wonder?
As for him being Dumb for getting Married on his honeymoon . All men when the get married; go on a honeymoon after the wedding and the reception party. How is this dumb?
All course his wife supported and drove him by encourage him to try and not give up when he felt like it.
Good for him.
Besides no one is dumb. Even if they are; they help scientist understand why we are smart and how the brain works the way it does and they help increase our knowledge of the brain

they are individuals and only one twin is married to the man. Since the women are conjoined they will both have to go on the honeymoon. for something interesting to read on the subject, check out the Hilton Sisters (no, not them)--they were a popular sideshow act in the 1930s and had several very public trials concerning the right to manage themselves and the right to get married--one wanted to get married and the courts tried to stop them because they considered the husband to be a bigamist if he married one of the twins, they also had a murder trial when the husband turned up dead.(edit: oops, sorry the murder trial was actually a plot for a movie they were in. but they did have a very public and "scandalous" life) the sad part is had they been born just a couple decades later then they could have been separated. their particular joining is very easy to correct.
