You can not.

Both the PS/3 and the laptop are outputting signals, for connection to an external monitor.

The HDMI port on your laptop is can not be used as an input.

Why do you want to connect your ps3 to your computer? is it to play on the monitor screen? Or to record output from the ps3?

hdmi includes some drm protection so you may be out of luck. Both devices are made to output hdmi, but neither are made to recieve an hdmi signal input.
