I had the same thing (still do sometimes) and its because of low blood pressure. Get up slowly and hold on to something for stability, and stretch legs and arms before getting up.

Oh, I hate it when that happens!! That happens to me like 10 times a day, literally, everytime I get up I get dizzy, it gets annoying during gym! But I think it's something to do with the drop in blood pressure.

This can come from low or high blood pressure or low blood sugar. Usually it's low blood pressure, in my experience. It can be inner ear problems, too, especially if you are dizzy. If you have the dizzy/vertigo problem, look up Epley Maneuver.

Sounds like a drop in blood pressure. It's not uncommon. In those cases, stand up slower. If you are laying down, first sit up for a bit and then stand instead of getting up to rapidly.
