Katie isn't a first name, it's a nickname. Think about how informal it'll look on job applications later on.
Katherine Ann sounds lovely. You could call her Katie Ann instead of just Katie for short.

I like Katie Ann but not Katie Sheryl. Is Katie even a name? I have a cousin named Katelyn and a cousin named Katherine that we call Katie but never heard of just naming someone Katie. I like it though. Katie Renee, Katie Marie, Katie Serena, Katie Madison, Katie Olivia, Katie Elaine, Katie Jane, Katie Elizabeth, and Katie Veronica are all nice suggestions.
