There's a lady I look after who is, she still has a twinkle in her eyes and her humour is fantastic. She's in her late 80s but I keep telling her she'll never be old.

I hope I'm like her in forty years.

I'm 39 going on 14. I'll have to re-evaluate maybe when my body starts letting me down.

Have a mind of a 30 year old and a body of a 70 year old. When I turn 80 I want to buy a motor cycle and travel around the USA.

Being young is a matter of feeling young. As long as you remain with a young spirit, you will always look young. Now, if we are talking about our appearance, drink lots of water, sleep a lot , do not drink, smoke or use any type of drug, avoid coffee and never ever touch your eyes... use Ponds cream in your face in the morning and at night.

My grandmother passed away when she was 82, and she did not look a day older than 60!!

Good luck!

I know what you are saying, & yes I've seen the film.

I'm 49 and I still behave like a 20 year old people I meet cannot believe my real age, (luckily I do look young for my age too) I know many people who are old before their time, but it insprires me when I meet people of my age and older that still have a spring in thier step.

I matured but I'm still a kid inside really, always up for a laugh but serious enough to get stuff done.

I'm glad the lady you look after still has a zest for life, when you find someone like that it tends to rub off on you, so get infected! Lol.

You must think "young" and thus, you will continue to be both "happy and young." There are many "volunteer positions" out there for young folk who are in their 80s and older. There is so much to be learned from our "elders." I wish the world would realize just how valuable all of our seniors are and give them the "respect" that they are due. Peace, Love and God Bless.

I worked in a nursing home and I know that type of person you are describing. She kept hopping until the day she died. I looked forward to seeing her every day. She is my inspiration to growing old. She made me laugh, she was so much fun. God Bless the lady you look after.

I'm 19 yrs old but wouldn't wanna be thinking young when i get say 70!! every age has a different kind of attitude and i dunno why people hate growing old!! experiencing every age is very cool!! since I'm 19 now I'll enjoy it but i won't act like a teen when I'm 80 and above!!

~have a nice day~
