You have to find a way to carve out some personal time just for you. Whether that's going for a walk, a ride, exercising, reading, sipping coffee alone at the kitchen table, sitting on the porch or patio or in the yard. It doesn't have to be a long time, but you need a break and some privacy. We all do.

I find water really helps to release chaos and bring back calm.
When I'm in a very stressful time, I hold my wrists under running water (when I can, I have a stream that I go to but often it's just under the water in the sink) and I close my eyes and visualize the stress flowing away. I breath calmly and let the feeling of the water take away the stress.

It's something that always works for me.

My sis finds the same results from staring into a candle flame.

It's so important to carve out a few moments of peace during times of stress. Turning it into a ritual by using something like water or fire helps you to focus and breath and relax.

Try to enjoy it the way it is. Not much indeed, yet unless you explain what makes a chaos of your life I doubt you can get better answers. Good luck

Exactly what is your main issue that's got you in chaos?Only you and you alone if you want to seek the answer can overcome your chaotic times.Write down all the problems and sort them out and solve those problems.Remember only you.

Try to take a step back from everything, and find time for yourself to just relax-breathe, think, and sort things out. Prayers might help too if you need to talk to someone. gl.

just find some time to relax. go lie down and think of something that makes u happy, or think of a place that makes u happy. hey...it works 4 me!
