8:00, let him sweat it out for a little while. Horrible play calling, 1st and goal in the 4th and they passe it 4 straight plays. GIVE THE BALL TO LT!!!!! Probably would have gotten a touchdown that way, but nope he was on the sideline watching his team choke.

As a Raiders fan, I hope they never fire him. He just got beat by a crappy KC team coached by Herm Edwards. It just doesn't get any worse than that.
