Can someone explain the Jennifer Lopez song, " do it" ? I don't get how the video relates to the song.

Why is there a fat woman stripping. Why does everyone look like they are high? Why are there men putting on makeup and being whipped by women? I think that Jennifer Lopez could have added more dance moves thatn just kicking people around.
