Ever since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of becoming a cheerleader.

Yes, it is fine. You could also say, "I have dreamed of becoming a cheerleader since I was a little girl.

It's okay. Are you writing a bio or a sketch? It could be a little more colorful -- When I was four years old, I saw my first cheerleader - and dreamed that someday, I would do that too.

I would say "...I dreamed of becoming a cheerleader." Lose the "have".
