Hot rainy day. Both are actually oxymorons.
A sunny calm day, with straight sun would most certainly be warmer than 0 degrees, but not if the wind chill was biting.
A hot rainy day wouldn't be hot because of the rain. It would be humid, but there still would be a chill in the air.

Well 0 degrees is far below freezing so that's out. I live in New Orleans and it's just about always 90 or hotter, and we get rain just about every afternoon. I prefer neither of the two, but live most often in the second. What I prefer is a cool sunny day with just a slight breeze, and no humidity.
