I am 16, 5'10'' with 36 C's.
I HATE how big they are because they just don't look good on me.nAlso, finding a swim suit is a pain.
I swim everyday for 3 hours, so it's not like I get good excersize, also I eat healthy.

Please, give me any tips or excersizes to try and reduce my breast size.

Well since you swim a lot, and eat healthy, most likely your breasts are more dense than fatty. If they were more fatty you should be losing in the breast already.

As you are only 16, give it a few more years. If you have back pain you can get it covered by insurance.

With the swimsuits, if you are into bikinis there are places that sell bikini separates.

As for the people saying women would love to be your size... ignore them. If YOU have a problem with your size, if YOU have back pain due to your size, YOU have every right to see if you can do something about it.

And as for the ones saying a C cup is not big, well that may be true but they need to take into account your age/height/weight. A C may be big for YOU but it may be small for someone else. If YOU think they are big, then they are.

A lot depends on what your BMI and fitness level is. If you are on the high side, consider losing weight by sensible eating and exercise. Breasts are largely made of fat tissue and respond well to weight loss. If being overweight is not the issue, surgery is really your only option. Be careful and research any surgeon well. There are risks such as complications, infection, loss of sensation. On the up side, it will make your life easier and help your back. This is more important than the guys being happy that you are big. Best wishes in your decision.

Go to the gym and work on chest exercises. They should help to reduce breast size. Look at female body builders, they have no boobs at all. (That is just as an example), I'm not suggesting you go that far.

sorry to tell you this but excercise will not make your breasts smaller. Only a breast reduction surgery can give you a smaller breast size... unless your a little over weight? If so, then loosing some weight will also help reduce breast size.

i am not going to do all the research for you but basicly you need to study pretty much everything that youd need to be a personal trainer. anatomy, biology, nutrition, the human body in general, and exercises and diet/foods.it will take about 1 or 2 yrs depending on how much you want to change but what's easily gained is easily lost and likewise with speed. the people that say its not possible to change breast size bigger or smaller either havent done their research or have givin up.

I often see women scared of training at the gym because some exercises (machines) seem to reduce their breast size.

You will grow to like them more as you get older. That is the size that men prefer (C cup) for women. Post a pic of them online somewhere, post the link for us, then us guys will give our opinion if they are too big.

Those don't sound too big to me they are just fine. But there isn't anything you can do really besides get surgery or lose A LOT of weight.

c'mon. the majority of girls would die for your 'problem'. I know I would. If it really is a problem then breast reduction could be a solution. But don't rush in there; Large assets have been the making of many a career :)
