I am making my 1 year old a dress, something simple yet feminine. I was wondering if anyone knew of a website that I can get a free pattern for it to print out. She's a size 18-24months. Thanks!

I don't know of any freebies, but your local fabric store will have patterns as low as 99 cents, and very cute.

If your library happens to subscribe to Sew Beautiful magazine, there's generally a couple of patterns in each issue. See, for example:

I'm also going to suggest the Kwiksew books, starting with "sewing for toddlers" -- the books have basic patterns in a range of sizes for you to trace off, and ideas for modifying them into design variations. This can be an excellent way to learn basic pattern-changing skills, and a money saver, too:

If you buy used, make sure it has the master patterns included.
