I would also try Craigslist. or jacksonville.com will link you to the Tribunes classifieds.

There is a great website that can assist you. You indicate the area, the rent you want to pay, the size apt, and they come up with a list of possibilities for you to try. The address is: MyNewPlace.com. If you rent from one of their suggestions, and that company offers it, you could get a $100 check for using the site. Good Luck!
