I wouldn't transform them into anything.
They're in the past, and therefore unimportant to me.

When my X and I married in 1974 and were divorced in 1985, I wasn't hating him, I hated the fact that I thought he didn't try when now in long hindsight I see according to the Myers Briggs test we were the farthest apart in compatibility possible. I always wanted for him to be happy and that is what I want now, He had a 2nd marriage he struggled thru and finally after 17 ugly years , he has a nice girlfriend, this X of mine is actually a great person, in that he is very loyal, family oriented, all the good things EXCEPT COMMUNICATION, he has a very very very hard time, and so it ended, but I want to transform him into a happy person because we are 56 now and I want him to have some happy times.

I'd rather transform my "present" into something else (i.e. a nice person). I don't care about transforming any of my exes into anything.

after 16 years he transformed himself, he's working, rented a house with electricity, pays child support on all his children, and is being a decent human being, I'll leave him alone at this point...

I would transform her into either a spaceship or a timemaachine, both of those would be so awesome!
It'd be so neato to go to anytime, or any place you wish!

I don't have to- all of my ex's are dead. They've been transformed into worm food.
