I have lived in my house for over 20 years and people who have stayed here swear they have been visited by "ghosts". Even my super sceptical partner was scared to death by a sucubuss who visited him whilst i was at work. I have never felt any bad vibes or had any experiences. The house was relocated before i moved into it. It is 120 years old.

What you need is someone who is able to communicate with them to do your talking for you, so to speak. As far as a succubus, I doubt it very very highly. I would say your partner is probably indulging in a bit of wishful thinking there. If not, you need an exorcist. Succubi are very dangerous creatures and your partner is at risk. Please find one of the people you can trust, let them communicate with the spirit in your home, and find out what it is that is needed to send that spirit back to the next plane of existence. In all the time I have communicated with the spirits, I have never found one who is truly a 'ghost' who intended to stay in a particular spot and not move on. The ghosts probably don't want to conjure a ghost ,but if you must,here is how.Sit in a room w/ all thee lights of.Light 10 white candles and put them closely around you.Have a seance and see what happens.if nothing happens it means th ghost means you no harm.If something does happen,have your house blessed.Or you could find out about the history of the house and see what happened.GOOD LUCK!

Look into your houses history and find out who the ghost might be. You need to learn the name of the ghost before you can really speak to it. After you learn the name you can address them by that name and they should respond. You can't just be like "hey you...ghost person!" Over half of all ghosts don't even know that they are dead. Well, don`t worry about it unless you see the ghosts themselves. I`m not superstitious at all, but as I have read in other places, the ghosts are probably lurking around because they don`t want to leave. Talk to them and ask them why they`re there. They wouldn`t stay unless they had a reason.

Your "ghost guests" are apparently happy with YOU being there, so have done nothing to frighten or harm you. However, it or they must NOT like you having guests in the house. They don't like change

I'm not good at this sort of thing, but I have seen spirits.

Maybe you should light some candles and turn off all the lights and watch the candle to see if it flickers when there is no wind.

Purchase an ouija board, it lets you talk to spirits, but I must warn you, most people who talk to spirits regret it later on. It isn't a very good idea. It could put your life in jeopardy.

Your situation sounds a little more complicated though. Maybe you should purchase a bottle.
