The Cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) is a vulnerable member of the cat family (Felidae), a poor climber that hunts by speed and stealth. As such, it is placed in its own genus, Acinonyx. It is the fastest of all land animals and can reach speeds of up to 110 kilometres per hour (68 mph)[3] in short bursts up to 460 metres (500 yards), and has the ability to accelerate from 0 to 110 kilometres per hour (68 mph) in three seconds, faster than most supercars.[4] However, different rates of speed have been documented for cheetahs (ranging from 55 to 75 mph) which suggests that the speeds are different depending on the specific cheetah.

Cheetahs are the fastest land animal, they can reach speeds over 60 miles per hour. They aren't able to maintain this speed for very long because they begin to run out of breath.

Facts: Peregrine falcons are not only the fastest creatures in the air, they're the fastest creatures in the world. They can fly horizontally at speeds up to 55 mph, but they BLOW AWAY the competition when flying in a downward dive to strike their prey - over 270 mph!

The cheeta is said to be the fastest at about 70 mph.
Of course it depends on running to or running from.
Some people don't believe he is actually that fast-----
They think he is a cheeter.

On land it is the Cheetah. In the ocean, I believe it is the Killer Whale. In the sky, I think it is the Hawk, though I don't know what type.
