Good housekeeping is statying on top of things, and here is what i meant. if you see that something is getting dirty start to clean it. make you self a list of all the rooms in you house/apt/or where you are living at and pick a day. example monday would be the kitchen and utiltiy rr, tues would be the bedrooms and so and make a habbit to do it every week so you stay on top of your housecleaning and make you guest wonder how you did,

I think good housekeeping is when your able to walk around the house and not step on anything and have the things that are supposed to shine in your house and shine. Also to be able to smell the air in your house without having to cover your nose. I also think that the furniture should be straightened and the floors should be stain/dust free!
I ope you have a clean house!

My idea of good housekeeping is
(the bed made,)
(papers picked up)
(floors swept or vacuumed)
(dishes washed)
(laundry done.)
(rooms or house cleaned. )
if there is carpets
them being shampooed at least every 6
to 12 months.

I hate it,but I'm a perfectionist, except in my computer room. Everything has to be in it's place & clean & shining,or I don't call it clean. Everyone get's messy sometimes, but I'm too hard on myself in my own home. I am really trying to better myself in this computer room though. It drives me crazy with it's clutter.
