Thanks for your answers. I know it sounds really crazy. My friend insisted I ask. She plays a sport for our college, through which she gets an education scholarship. Without this scholarship, she wouldn't be able to afford this school. Unfortunately though, she no longer wants to play, but she fears she'll have to leave the school. So she wanted to know how to sustain an injury that would force her not to play anymore. But not something as crucial as her legs.
She may be crazy, but we were just wondering...

Any wat you do it, its going to hurt like nothing else. I find the most effective way is to get about 6 feet up and fall with all your weight on your palm(like your holding out your hand to say stop). This will only produce a minimal hairline fracture, nontheless broken. If you do it make sure you go all out, dont want to do it twice.

ummmm-okay
1. run over quickley by car
2. have it slammed in between a car door or regular house door
3. fall down in such a way that your forearm is under your hip when you land
4. pay off a karate master to do it for you
either way listed above is still gonna hurt a lot, so you may want to down several painkillers or some brandy before you start
highly "not reccommended" you try any of the above however, just answering your question--having broke my arm before(in accident) in can tell you it will never be the same--a tramatic injury like this takes a long time to heal.

Ok well I want to hear this story.. But there is not way to break it don't do something really stupid because you don't want a compound fracture now that's pain. Fall down the stairs or off the roof or tree will help.. But either way its going to be painfull.

You can't brake it intentionally with no pain. The fact that you know what is about to happen, and will tense up for it, will make the pain far worse than if it happened accidentally.

lay your arm on a desk and get a hammer and smash your hand or wrist 20 or 30 times andnow bend it back as far as you can and you should now hear a crack. You have officially broke your arm or wrist. GOOD LUCK

I have to ask why?.your best not trying,as the least amount of pain is still a lot as far as breaking bones are concerned.I fractured my collar bone over two years ago,had a plate fitted in feb and it is still agony at times, and my chest has a numb, stinging pain all over.whatever problems you have,i'm sure you can find a solution.

Be on a pain killer and then break your arm.
You might be too high to even know.

Have a ? friend do it while you are unconscious—it will hurt bad when you wake up. I don't want to hear the long story. Have you considered making a fake cast??
