Today I started Spotting I recently got birth control pills. I dont know how to use them, its sunday, should i start using them today?, is spotting considered period? and the birth control pills pack came with 7 green pills and the 21 blue ones, which one do i start taking?
P.S the birth control pills brand is Ortho-Cyclen 28

Yes, you can start them tonight. You start taking the blue ones. The doctor always says take your first pill the Sunday after your next period. It wouldn't hurt you to wait until next week if you choose. I personally would wait until next Sunday.

You start with the first pill, work your way to the right, then start on the next row, and work your way to the right, then the next row, etc etc.
Get your refill during week three, so you have them at the ready to take and do not end up being too late getting your refill.
When did the doctor say to start taking them? If you are only spotting today, I would just wait until next Sunday to start taking them.

first of all change the brand second take the ones with the most color then you take the 7 pills when u have your period there just some type of sugar pills and its ok to spot in the beginning but if it keeps gonig you should see ur dr. and dont miss any days or if u miss to much then youll get ur period and dont take any more from that pack get a new one and star over
