You turn the small screw on the bobbin case a few degrees at a time. Standard righty-tighty/lefty-loosey.
HOWEVER, unless you're dealing with thread other than about normal dressmaking weight, you probably don't need to adjust the bobbin tension... 99% of tension adjustments to get good stitching are done with the top tension, and the bobbin case tension just sits there until it goes into the shop. If the bobbin tension seems too tight, tighten the top tension for a balanced
stitch. If it seems too loose, loosen the top tension for a balanced stitch.
If you pick out most removable bobbin cases, put a bobbin in them and thread them correctly, then tick-tock the bobbin case back and forth while hanging on to the end of the thread, you'll
see the thread pay out about 1/4" or so per tick-tock. That guestimation works for many, but not all machines.

On the bobbin casing that metal thing the bobbin goes in there should be a little tiny screw that is what you tighten or loosen.
