i've only seen clips from number 2 but Ashely tisdale (sharpay) is absolutely stunnning

I think that I like them both equally well. I really like the plot in the second once, the dancing and the better acting. I probably would say the second one now because I really like seeing more of Lucas Grabeel's character in the movie. My favorite song it probably Ashley Tisdale and Lucas Grabeel's (Sharpay & Ryan's) Fabulous. That was a really cool, interesting song for me. And in the first one I really liked "I can't take my eyes off of you"

First: Good, I liked the songs because they were catchy. And I could watch it like 5 times with out losing interest.
Second: I HATED it, and the songs. It just wasn't anything special.

I liked the first one better, because you got to see Troy and Gabriella's relationship unfold.
My favorite song was Everyday and also You are the music in Me, by Gabriella and Troy.

i liked the first one better and my fave song out of the first was "the start of something new" and i absolutely loved the song "i don't dance" in the second one i just loved the moves too

i like them both but if i had to choose HSM2 it had more music, and it was really cute and romantic lol. Start of something new, and gotta go my own way..wait that when they met and when they broke up....whatever i cried when the broke up in the movie LOL!

i like the first 1 cuz yu dont know whats coming and the2nd 1 is just about Troy and Gabriella and its lame. anyhoo i like bet on it!

I'd say the first one was superior, but I've never seen the whole secon done so I can't say!
(remakes usually arent as good, though!)

I actually haven't seen these yet, so I don't know if I like them or not. most of my friends turn up their noses at the mention of these movies, but I'm keeping my mind open!
