True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.

Any time that you are not judging you are happy.

The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.

It really is that simple.

Love and blessings Don

The key(s) to happiness are specific to every individual, and unfortunately, many people never find true happiness. What makes me happy, may not nessesarily make you happy. For instance, I feel completely at peace with the world when I have a friendly cat with me. Odd isin't it? But it makes me happy. It may not make you happy though. So you see? You'll be hard put to find the answer here. This is something you'll need to find out on your own. Good luck.

there isn't A KEY, there are KEYS: happiness is something that can come in a large variety of forms, it changes a lot from one second to another, that's why the key to true happiness keeps on changing; therefore to be happy almost your entire life you need to learn how to understand the key of the moment, catch it, be the happier you can and be ready to catch the next key

Many folks may say money, but I believe that the old truism holds that While money cannot buy you happiness....it can buy you, your choice of misery.

Real happiness eludes most people. I think that's primarily because we tend to associate happiness with THINGS, food, or sex or things, or achievement or money. None of which really bring us happiness.

This is going to sound odd but I'm not quite sure what brings happiness. I'm not really sure whether it's being content, or being in love with someone or what. I suspect that perhaps a loving relationship, the creation of something (whether through joy of things like the birth of a child, the discovery of something new or a spiritual revealation) is as close as we come.

The key to true happiness is to know yourself, like who you are, and meet others. By doing these you will be happier than ever before.

be a positive person and don't take the blessings you already have for granted

Every unfortunate event that takes place in ur life,
place it on the map of your existence, from the very
beginning to the very end and maybe even beyond. U'll see it is really not that bad.

Money. It's true, especially in society today. I mean... without money, you can never be happy. It's one of the essentials in life to make you happy.
