My fiance and I are going to get our marriage license this week and would like to be married asap....we live in NY and you have to wait 24 hrs to get married, do you have any idea how soon they will book a marriage to do there?

Call them tomorrow and ask them. It varies in each county and depends on the judge's hours etc. By the way, what is the major rush?

there is no accurate way to telluntilyou contact the one youre using and see how busy his/her dockette is and then prepare accordingly. Congrats and good luck
