it's 4x1000 + 2/27 x1000
which is 4000 + 74.0740...
= 4074.0740 (or 4074 and 2/27)

4 2/27 = (4x27+2)/27 = 110/27

110/27 x 1000 = 110000/27 = 4074 2/27

IF your quastion is
[4*(2/27)]*1000
then
(8 / 27)*1000
8000 / 27 = 296.296
