Or, "You're in the wrong thread".
Who else is sick and tired of hearing that? It's so rude. I ask so many questions in this thread that have nothing to do with being gay. Actually, I don't know that I've ever asked a question that really belonged here. But I kinda feel like I belong here. I've grown fond of my big, gay cage and don't care to venture out.
So if you don't want to answer a question because you think it doesn't belong here then don't answer it. Don't try to make people feel like an a** because they feel a sense of community here.
Agree, disagree?

Ok, I should clarify to say that people who come here to preach about the "evils of homosexuality" should in no way get sympathy on this issue. I've told a few homophobic and racist bigots to sell their s*** somewhere else. I'm not talking about trolls. I talking about people who are most comfortable in this thread and care about the opinions of the regulars.

I agree completely 100 percent.
99% of the time I ask here, since I want to hear from the LGBT regulars. They give better answers than the short one-word ones from P&S.
The name of this section is also misleading?
Does it say
"LGBT issues?"
No, it does not. It says LGBT, and that's that. Does it imply that it is specifically for LGBT-people and not heterosexuals? I don't know, I believe it's in the interpretation.

Well most people will not know that you feel that way since you're not mentioning this in every question you ask. It makes more sense if something as "what veggie do you taste the best of all?" is under the cooking category than in the gay category. Right?

Absolutely agree! Some gays act as if the entire universe revolves around their gayness, and it CONSUMES their every thought and action. The focus becomes far too narrow, and they don't make room for OTHER concerns. It's an obsession that takes over their lives completely, and everything else gets tuned out!

I don't hang out in a specific category! I'm a Y!A tramp~
Don't get offended! Some people are just crankier than others! Ask your questions wherever you want to! LOL...
Half the time, yahoo throws my questions into a category that I would have never picked anyway! Nobody has yelled at me for it yet!

People just like things organized, so they can know what to expect when they go into a category to answer questions.
Agree: people shouldn't be rude about it and make the posting person feel dumb
Agree: questions should be organized to facilitate reading

I know. It's like, if you don't like whats being said on the radio, change the station, don't talk back to the box.
