The Democrats would be all for it unless it didn't play well in this country, then they'd be against it.
When called onto the carpet for voting for the nuke's use, they'd just say they'd been misled, that's all. NOW they are dead set against it.

Depends on the reason.. such as when we nuked those to cities in Japan.. no one started anything with us... but if he did it for absolutely no reason at all- then there would probably be a War
