Could there be some way that the court could realize that I'm mature enough to get emancipated? Or would i go to some shelter cause my age? And if i had another place to live and have her be my guardian but my mother wouldn't let me could that be possible? Or would that not be emancipation and if it wouldn't what would it be?

alright just cause i'm the age 14 doesn't mean that i'm so little i'm in 10th grade and when i'm 16 i'm gonna be a senior u guys might think that i'm not that mature but you guys don,t even know who i am to decide if u think i am not and just cause i ask the question doesn't mean i can't ppl ask the same question u gonna rag on them and wtf why wouldn't a sophmore in high school know what emancipation means, jut cause i'm 14 yeah maybe ur the one thats not mature and btw please don give me beef about my spelling and grammar cause i don't care enough right now

unless you can document severe abuse on behalf of your mother, she will have to sign all of the paperwork to have you emancipated or to have custody transferred to another guardian.

Just because you are asking this question shows you are not ready to be emancipated.
If someone else is your guardian. You would be their ward... And you would be required to follow their rules. If you are emancipated it means you are free to go and do what you want when you want. You would have to show that you are capable of providing your own support and your own shelter etc.

You can get emancipated , but your mother would have to agree. Thats not going to happen . Besides youll be on your own. Your mom might seem crappy now , but shes the only one that really cares about you . Friends dont really give a crap when it comes down to you and them and whos going to sucseed of fail . Friends always crap on you . Family is all you got .
