i have bilateral pcod and both the ovaries are bulky,had not got period since 4 months.im unmarried..?

i have pain in lower abdominal portion.and back.
since last 1 month i continuous get strings sort of reddish blackkish substance from vagina..which anyhow doesnt seem menstrual blood.i am worried
