No, he loves you very much. You should ask him directly. Usually people acts like that is because they fear of what might happen to their love. Ask him what troubles him. He won't lie to you

Some people have been hurt in previous relationships and it may take time for the person to actually feel enough trust and feel comfortable enough to admit!! Hang in there, be faithful, show him you're not going anywhere and let time takes it's course and all should be OK!! Just have patience!! I am one of those people who have been hurt so I know what it takes for me to feel trust!! Good Luck!!

keep doing what your doing. he might have a hard time accepting that someone or anyone could really love him. be patient and persevere.
