That happens to me all of the time...I will always know just when to call or go and see a friend knowing that they are going through something heavy. Some of my friends think its eerie, others think it's God, I don't think nothing except that my friend needs to talk.

Yes , I feel that friends ,real friends will talk to you and listen to what you feel is wrong. They should help you through your time in need.
