Try a scarecrow. Also they make owls that let off load noises to scare away other birds look into one of those.

The crows are after gurb worms in the soil; apply a pesticide to kill the grubs. They have safe Pesticides to use in situations like this.

Get a cat. The cats probably won't hunt them, but it will make the crows nervous and (hopefully) leave.

Chicken wire on lawn can be a discouragement.
Hook up motion sensor to water sprinkler.

Loud noises scare off starlings; you may have to try it for a couple days. Good luck!
