The video was taped 3 years ago and according to the mother of the child,she didnt know anything about it. The child was 3 years old when that man raped her and videotaped it.
They know who the man is and are looking for him. The tape was supposedly found in the desert by a man who had nothing to do with the rape. I guess the thing i'd like to know is, how does a 3 year old get raped and the mother didnt notice anything. I assume more will be revealed.

An anonymous source saw the young girl on TV and informed the police. The mother of the child was contacted and the presence of the child was confirmed. The mother did not know of the abuse and she didn't even know that the police were looking for her daughter because the mother doesn't keep up on the news and neither do any of her neighbors.
