halo 3 ending, 2 main questions?

Question

What order do the 3 games go in? (do they go in order, or is the 3 one end when 1st starts, etc.)

Cortona mumbles some thing in the very last scene when they're in the ship hanger taking off. What is it, and is there anything else major that happens right after that, that they don't clearly explain in the game? Obviously like, do MC and cortona die and are not just MIA floating around in space.

MC dies and that monitor-thing is the real bad guy... yeah, but he's heading to a planet that will burn up his little chamber.... and why didn't they ever show his face....????

The game DOES go in order. Halo 1 then 2 then 3. Whatever people say to you about Halo 3 being a prequel to Marathon, disregard that, its false, it HAS been confirmed by Bungie that the Marathon theory is FALSE. Master Chief does NOT die, he freezes himself in a cryo-tube chamber. This is a really good ending, it is EPIC how he freezes himself in the end, just like how he was un-frozen from Halo 1, after saving the world, he freezes himself until Cortana needs him once more. We never know what Bungie will do next, there MIGHT be a sequel, you never know. I think there will be a sequel. MAYBE it will be in Halo Wars.

I can't remember what Cortana says at the end, sorry. But Master Chief actually, does not die. He is just frozen in space. Hopefully he will be found in time for Halo Wars!

mc dos not die if u look after the credits. hes in a cyro chamber waiting to be found. (which he will soon). so its a happy ending yay. i played it myself
