ok i have gotton over 100 best answers and at one point i had 89% best answer and i have never gotton a badge
now i see this newbie who has answered 79 questions and has a 12% best answer and has only gotton 2 answers in the catagory that he got the badge for
im mad, i deserve a badge, how do i get one

i got two top contribute badges in video and online game all i had to do was get like get 25-30 best answers in video and online games

I'm not sure of the rules, but most top contributors i've seen are over Level 6 with at least 400-500 best answers in a category.
