Well, given that it's a VERY common, even trendy, choice for girls -- in the top 100 (between 48 and 74) for nearly a decade! -- and doesn't appear in the top ONE THOUSAND for boys, it seems fair to reason any Trinity would be assumed female.
Personally, I don't think it "sounds" like a name at all. Just one of those random words a bunch of people snatch up at the same time in a failing attempt to be unique. Not into it.
