Yes, without a doubt you can. It doesn't matter if you have seen them or not as you have an imaginary concept of them with the details and facts that you know as their personality, their looks, etc. Then maybe when you see them in person and you get to know them much more you realise that your were a bit wrong, or maybe they are even better than you imagined! So yes, of course, you cal like someone you have never seen!

My partner and I met on text dating. We text each other a couple of months and never actually met. I relly got to know him and we found out we were so alike.
Then after a couple of months we started talking to each other over the phone, it wasn't till around 6 months, when we finally met.
We have been together for over a year and getting married in March next year, so I guess the answer would have to be a Yes.

Yes. You can really start to like the person they are. Physical appearance aren't everything.
Blind people fall in love and never have the chance to see the person they are with, but go off of getting to really know them.
