The email system is 90% SPAM.

Phishing con-merchants are alwasy sending fake 'PayPal' and 'EBay' emails in an effort to get you to 'click' on their links and have your account details stolen.

I suggest you Log into PayPal NOW (and NOT by cliicking on a link in an email) and change your Password .. and whilst you are logged in, visit the Security Center pages.

If I remember correctly a business account lets someone who is paying you use a credit card.

If you don't have a business account the only way they can pay you is if they have a paypal account that has a balance in it.

You will have more options for people who are paying you. That is the only difference I think

If you want to accept credit cards, I recommend dealing with Payanywhere. They have the cheapest commission rates. They have no set up or month-to-month charges. I have already been taking credit cards using them for more than 5 years and I'm very pleased with the service. You can examine that out at: http://is.gd/payanywhere
