or something liek that. Cow/buffalo in my farm has hurt her back and can't stand up. Vet assumed it has broken its back but we are just seeing if condition improves in few days.

we have given her painkiller injections. wtelse can be done?

in case this helps..... cow is unable to move her tail, pass the stool.

she did tried to stand up using her forelimbs while everyone at farm helped to pull her up but she couldn't.

Most cattlemen learned downer cow nursing at there parents knee so I assumed there wouldn't be one.
I warn you if its truly a broken back the situation is hopeless down cows rarely live long enough to heal bones and the spinal cord doesn't heal.

Id definately agree with the vet that shes broken.. If she has no feeling like u describe, shes probably paralyzed. Really nothing u can do for a cow like that. We had a cow like that and ended up putting her down. Are you at least rolling the cow every few hours so she can regain feeling in her other side? you need to roll the cow onto her other side because all the pressure on her organs can kill her
