I saw the first two comments btw.
Your grandmother has probably treasured it for years, and is possibly preparing to pass away.
It may take many years.
I hope it does.
She is simply saying how much she loves you.
Accept the gift & return the favour by giving her a new picture of yourself - tell her you love her, and take time to learn from her.
You are part of her as she is part of you.
She wouldn't be offended by your gift.

Grammas know they won't be around too much longer and they were some things she wanted you to have before the rest of the family picked over her things. I know - I'm a Gram.
Even if you don't treasure these things now, hold on to them because some day you will.
And 'Joey' up above several of us is So full of it!!
