I am related to quite a few police officers (Seattle and Tacoma, so bigger city cops), even a retired police chief, (and have seen these organizations not only from these officers' perspective, but from the inside...direct observance of other officers not related to me).. and it is my sad conclusion that quite a few police officers are the biggest biggots...they don't like gays, transvestites, blacks, or women, and they easily stereotype people... not to say there aren't good cops (there are), but it seems there is quite a large number who are prejudiced. Sounds like you had the unfortunate experience of running into a couple of them. My advice would be, don't directly argue with them- if you do, they'll make up a reason to arrest you. These types misuse their authority. It's also been my experience that if you complain about the officer's behavior to the someone above them (like the chief), they tend to all stick together and cover for each other. You can still file a written complaint. But be prepared for them to try to verbally bully you out of doing so.
Good luck!

I think you'll find it was because you were not the regulation 15 meters from the pub doorway/building.
Also, all police officers know the uniform is a turn on, and perhaps felt threatened by your good looks, and wanted to get rid of the competition.
They just want man-fat with their donuts.

Maybe the cops don't like cross-dressers (I noticed you said you were a bloke). I think you should be able to wear your micro mini and tube top and boots whenever you like. I'm sure you have great legs. lol

This is discrimination of the highest order... As a free man, you're free to dress as you wish... and if that is in boots & a boobtube, then so be.
I'd sue 'em.
ETA: Lioness, where does it state both (or either) of the 'officers' were men? ;o)

That sucks that you were pulled up for just puttin' it out there a bit - probably the issue arose from the fact that the police officers in question found themselves vaguely aroused by your dress style.....

Kinky! bet you were able to carry it off too ;-)) - doesn't it suck when jealousy strikes at the most inopportune moment? Maybe they wanted what you have - lets just say it takes someone special to carry an outfit like that - man or women ;-)
