I have never ever shared a bathroom with any man and I never would, but when I have visited friends and had to use their loos if I have followed a man in I want to scream they are so dirty?

Maybe you need a new circle of friends, Fiona! My husband, Tc, is an extremely clean individual thank you. He always puts the seat down + he always washes his hands, He, like a lot of men pay more attention to their personal hygeine than some women give them credit for - have you not noticed the large array of mens' products in Boots/Superdrug/etc., and as for never cleaning the loo he not only does the loo but the whole bathroom AND the rest of the house, the washing, and other household chores. He is my Carer and not only looks after me but everything that needs doing. There are a lot of men who are the Carer to their disabled wives so maybe you need to widen, not only your circle of friends but your outlook on men in general.

Not all men! I always leave the lavatory cleaner than I found it whoever has been there. The human race is for the most part, I agree, a lazy and filthy lot. But I am the exception as far as men go.Shower and shave every day and put on clean clothes and underwear and spray on deoderant and after shave.

Scream and shout you might make them modufy their behaviour. Do you ever notice when a man leaves a clean toilet? What do you do then? You are following the wrong type of man!

The man didn't flush the toilet because he never used it or noticed that it need flushing. He just went in to wash his hands and then got in a hurry because he could hear you bitching at the door.

not all of us are dirty scum
some of us leave the facilities as we would like to find them
including the seat down
the seat has a lid as well, some ladies forget that.

I am so sick of these childish postings. men are human beings just like women. We are no dirtier, we do not have any lesser morals...and we are just as decent and honourable.
I think it is time for the ranters of both genders to grow up and get a life.
