They are right you need to pump, but something that might help is to have a picture of your baby and visualize your baby nursing, you also have to be in a quiet area with no disturbances. Good Luck.

Trying to breastfeed him more often. I think around nine months I started having less milk, but we made it to 18 months.
He is probably eating a lot more solids now and other things are just more interesting. I always had good luck with feeding her in the afternoon when I got home from work.
I also used ate oatmeal and ice cream when she was going thorugh growth spurts.

Supply and demand. Try to pump between feedings to keep your supply up. At 9 months he is nursing less, so your body is making less milk.

Pump or massage and express milk between feedings. Try Mother's Milk tea or Fenugreek ( http://www.breastfeeding.com/all_about/all_about_fenugreek.html _)

Your child is old enough to be eating junior baby food and should NOT be on a diet of only milk. It may be convenient to have the milk already warm and ready to drink but there is much more to it. If he drinks only milk he will become anemic and then you will have a real problem.
